How to shop at Eric Hunter Tools?

1. Select your product

Use the menu

Use the menu available on each page to view the desired department. You will be able to narrow down to the product family you are looking for.


A search engine is available on the top of each page just under the main menu. You can search for any product in this search engine.

Quick reference

A quick reference tool is available in the basket. Type any information on the product you are looking for. The tool will instantly start to narrow the information to the actual item if the latter is in our database. Once your item is found you can add the desired quantity and add them to your shopping list.

2. Add to your basket

Adding items

Once you are on a product page you will have 3 different types of order boxes.

  • The simple one will allow you to use the "quantity" field to specify the number of items you require and add them to your basket.
  • The multiple one will have the same options as the simple one but will also ask you some precision on sizes for your item.
  • The complex one will give you a list of different items from which you can choose the one that best suits you.

You can view your basket at any time by clicking on "My Basket" at the top of the screen. If you need to log off or step away for a while, do not worry, the items you put in your basket will be there when you get back. Alternately, you can save all your items for future use. You can save an unlimited number of items. They will all be available in your account under "Wishlists".

3. Checkout

Checking out at Eric Hunter Tools is an easy 4 step process allowing you to quickly conclude your order.


Click on your basket on top right corner of the screen. You will be able to view the items you put in it. This basket can be modified. You can delete items, modify the quantity of each item added, add new items with the quick reference tool. Note that you can go back to any other page of the website to add new items, your previous selections will not be deleted. You can also add a comment to your order. Click on "Next step" to move forward in your order.


If you are not logged in you will be prompted to enter your credentials to finalise your order. If you do not have an account, you will be able to open one instantly. Your basket and items will be saved and available for checkout as soon as you have finished your Sign Up process. You will be directly sent to the "Addresses" page.


This page allows you to modify your billing and delivery addresses.

Please note: if you are a sub-division of another company, it is recommended to contact us to have your own account set up. This will allow you to have account-specific invoices and save your delivery address as a permanent address.

Confirmation and payment

The last step in your checkout process is the order confirmation and payment. Once your order is confirmed you can pay using a credit card through Secure Trading by cheque or by BACs.

Please note: Cheque and BACs payments are available to professional customers only. To get a professional account, you must first open an account supplying all your company information and make a first order paying by credit card.
