1.1 Eric Hunter Ltd and erichunter-tools are tradenames of Groupe S.E.E.
1.2 These General Terms & Conditions are valid from the time of order for all transactions between Eric Hunter Ltd and its customers.
1.3 Except by written acknowledgement by Eric Hunter Ltd, these Terms & Conditions take precedent over any others.
Orders are made via www.erichunter-tools.co.uk, by e-mail to email@example.com, fax or telephone. Eric Hunter Ltd is engaged in sale only after written confirmation or despatch of orders.
Any image of articles sold by Eric Hunter Ltd is non-contractual. The supplier reserves the right to update any article on order for the same or similar.
Prices are valid at the time of order and for up to one month following a quotation. Catalogue prices may be modified by the supplier at any time.
Unless otherwise advised, payment will be made at the time of order and before expedition. Payment is by debit/credit card, cheque or bank transfer (BACS).
For account holders, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
The supplier reserves the right to suspend delivery of any order until payment had been received.
6.1 Conditions apply to deliveries to destinations in Mainland UK.
6.2 Delivery times are estimated; delays do not give the client the right to cancel, refuse or request compensation for that order. Except specific instruction, any article not in stock at the time of order will despatch when all remaining items in that order are available.
6.3 The client is responsible for the transport of any order from the time that it leaves the supplier's warehouse. Any reserves regarding the delivery must be noted on the delivery slip in the presence of the transporter and confirmed in writing to the delivery company within 8 days of that delivery. Claims unrelated to the delivery must be made to the supplier in writing within 8 days of the delivery.

Eric Hunter Ltd cannot be held responsible either for damages caused by its products, or adverse weather conditions, strike, war and any other impact on the execution of its obligations. If proven responsible, compensation will in no way exceed the retail price of the article at the time of order.
Ownership of any articles sold by Eric Hunter Ltd is conserved until full payment is received.
